The cottages are located perfectly for walking cycling climbing golf angling water sports sailing riding and off road driving are all available. In the geographical centre of Scotland this is the ideal base for touring on scenic roads. Aberfeldy 1 mile away has excellent shops pubs restaurants and visitor attractions. Pitlochry home to the renowned Festival Theatre is 15 miles away and Perth is less than 1 hour s drive. Outside: garden area with patio and garden furniture. Private path leads down to the spectacular falls and woodlands of the Birks. Amenities: bed linen towels electric heating and initial supply of solid fuel included. Regret no smoking. Location: shops and pubs 1 mile. Arrival: 4pm. Offering a delightful blend of modern convenience with traditional charm this cottage offers ONE bedroom: 1 twin with shower enclosure. Bathroom: with separate WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: well-appointed living area with open fire TV FreeSat and CD player.
